We have worked and lived in the French Alpes for the last 17 years. Paulette managed with great pleasure skichalets of private owners. We wanted to turn our life around one more time and are so lucky we found this beautifull Domaine. We and our dog Tommy love to share this special place with our guests. We live here all year round and welcome guests accordingly. We are happy to give you information about the region. Weather you come here for 1 night or for your holiday, with your loved one, your family or for work, we will do all we can to make your stay unforgettable.

Domaine Leyvinie is situated on a hill which gives you a 360 degrees fantastic view over the forest and meadows. We have 6 gites from 2 - 9 persons with a total of 31 beds. Every gite has his own livingroom, kitchen, terrace, bathrooms(s) and bedroom(s). You can relax at our great pool from 6x12 meter with sunbeds and parasols. In our beautiful garden you can play table tennis, darts, badminton, jeux de boules and we also have boardgames and rackets to borrow. We have a reading/internetroom where you can find the brochures of the region, a terrace with a stunning view where we serve breakfast daily and dinner 3 times a week in season. We also make take away plates 6 days a week and deliver fresh bread every morning. There is a washingmachine, ironboard and iron for shared use. The sun will dry your linen but in need you can use our private dryer.

In the village of Perpezac-le-Blanc (1,6 km) you find a restaurant, bakery, bar/tobaco, postoffice and (tennis)multisportscourt. At Objat (12 km) you find the big grocerystores, several restaurants and the "ecopiscine" with its indoor and outdoorpool with waterslide. Nearby Brive-la-Gaillarde (25 min.) there is a swimlake (lac du causse) with watersports. The area is full with castles, gardins, caves and caracteristic villages to visit. Activities like canoe, kayak, horsebackriding, quadrides, golf, balloon ride and so much more, you find also not far from Leyvinie.
