For late arrivals, please obtain priority approval, and a supplement will be charged as follows:
€30 for arrival between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
€80 between 10:00 p.m. and 00.00 a.m.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
