Welcome to Duplex Jaden! Discover this beautiful 3-room apartment of 80m2 with terrace of 20m2 in a small village in the vineyard, quiet, 10 minutes from Mèze beach and 5 minutes from the hills. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a recent and modern town house. On a first level, the apartment consists of a large open kitchen-living room-cathedral living space with a ceiling height of 6 meters. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer as well as all useful household appliances (2 coffee makers, kettle , toaster, blender, microwave). At your disposal, you will find tea, coffee, sachets of milk, chocolate powder, and other small amenities that will brighten up your stay. The living room is composed of a 4-seater convertible sofa area (140x200cm), a 25-channel flat screen TV, as well as a table and 4 chairs. Other chairs are available if you come in large numbers. A desk is also available to work with your laptop. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, plus a mezzanine, a shower room and separate toilet. One bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm Queen Size bed with storage shelves and wardrobe, the other bedroom has a 140x200cm bed with storage chest of drawers. The mezzanine is made up of 2 twin beds 90x190cm and can also be used as a children's play room. The unobstructed rooftop terrace is equipped with a sun lounger and a table that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
