Property information

Exceptional location located 15 minutes from Lille, less than 5 minutes walk from Phalempin train station for Lille and Lens, 15 minutes walk from the Phalempin forest. Completely renovated in February 2024, 55m2 duplex apartment located in the very center of Phalempin. You will find bakery, pharmacy, restaurant 2 minutes walk away. You will enjoy a beautiful living room area equipped with a 55-inch TV and wifi. Upstairs, a sleeping area composed of two separate bedrooms composed high quality 160x200cm bedding in both bedrooms with also a travel cot for a baby. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bathroom equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Very quiet, nice work space. Ideal for family travel, alone or business travel!
