Duplex The 12 is located in the charming village of Wettolsheim in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard on the wine route. It is located 5 minutes from the historic center of Colmar and Little Venice. You can enjoy a magnificent terrace and the apartment will be the starting point for magnificent hikes to the most beautiful castles in central Alsace. The village of Eguisheim, the most beautiful village in France, is a short walk away.
We can advise you on the best trips from the duplex. You will have access to the entire apartment and you can enjoy the terrace exclusively. A stand-alone entrance with a key box is available.
The duplex is located in a small village in the very quiet vineyard. A bakery is within walking distance and the replica of the grotto in Lourdes is a 2-minute walk away. You will be in the heart of the vineyard 50 meters away, the starting point for many hiking and biking trails. The village of Wettolsheim is known to be the stronghold of the best winegrowers around Colmar. The hike to the Hagueneck castle, a listed monument, is superb. Wettolsheim is located a few minutes drive from Colmar train station and its historic center.
