The accommodation comprises - 30 m² living room with single sofa bed, TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), with cot and en-suite bathroom with bath, Italian shower and WC - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and bunk bed - Laundry room with separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful 1,000 m² garden surrounded by salt marshes and a 35 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of e15 per stay and per pet, please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
