Welcome to our pleasant shop, ideally located in the heart of Libourne and completely renovated in Spring 2024. Our house offers you a spacious, modern space, opening onto a lovely garden and terrace. It's the ideal base for discovering the Bastide of Libourne and the Grand Saint-Emilionnais region. The accommodation Our shop offers you, on the ground floor : - A bright living room with a dining area and a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A 164 cm TV lets you enjoy your favorite programs. - WC. - A bedroom with double bed (140*190cm), private bathroom and access to the garden. On the souplex : - A lounge area with a 132cm TV, two sofas and a large pouffe. - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (also available: tancarville, iron & board, baby equipment). 1st floor (access via spiral staircase - see photo): - One bedroom with double bed (140*190cm) - Another bedroom with 2 single beds. - A shower room and WC. The garden is at the rear of the house (kitchen and dining room level + bedroom 1) and features a terrace (dining table / 6 seats, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue). Outdoor games are available, as well as a box of various games and books in the living area (souplex). Traveler access You have access to the entire house. Other remarks Bed linen and towels are provided. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
