Relax in this stylish and modern home for 4 guests, featuring a beautiful, spacious wooden terrace — fully fenced and with no overlooking neighbors, in a peaceful setting. Enjoy your private hot tub on the terrace, and a shared pool. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix & Canal+, and an electric plancha grill. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the living room offers convertible sofas for additional sleeping. There’s also a laundry room with a washer-dryer, and high-speed fiber internet. Located just 20 minutes from the beaches, 25 minutes from Nantes city center, and close to shops, restaurants, lakes, parks, and water activities.
