Our apartments are spacious and characterful living spaces, fully equipped to meet all the needs of travelers, particularly those of families and business travelers for stays ranging from 3 to 10 days. In addition to the operation of its residences, Edgar Suites rehabilitates commercial real estate (offices and hotels at the end of their cycles) to deploy its concept of high-end residences. Edgar Suites is committed to having a positive impact on tourism thanks to a controlled carbon footprint for the eco-responsible design of its residences, a participatory social model for its employees and a contribution to the ultra-local economy in the cities where it is implanted.

FAMILIES and PROFESSIONALS ONLY. Our apartments are all located on the 1st floor. The other floors belong to our neighbour, THE SENIOR RESIDENCE (VILLA BEAUSOLEIL). Our travelers therefore do not have access to their facilities. So please respect their tranquility :) Residence of 16 apartments refurbished in early 2022. Apartments located on the first floor of a building with elevator, near Paris, in a residential and secure setting, close to all shops. Ideal for 2 to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchens. Washing machine/tumble dryer accessible on the 2nd floor of the residence. A free and secure underground parking space, included with the accommodation.
