Le Malesherbois is a new commune, located in the department of Loiret in the region Centre-Val de Loire. The territory of the commune is crossed from north to south by the line from Villeneuve-Saint-Georges to Montargis, mainly taken by the RER line D and on which is located the station of Malesherbes which is the terminus of the D4 branch of the RER D.
