Former wine barn renovated in a Esprit Loft in 2017. Duplex apartment located in the city centre, below the ramparts, quiet, 3 minutes walk from the shopping streets. The apartment has an independent entrance and a code keybox system to collect your keys in peace. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is very spacious. I wanted a very comfortable bedding for a relaxing stay. A floor heater has been installed for winter evenings. The insulation of the walls allows you to benefit from a natural freshness during the summer. A comfort asset! The towels and toilet gloves are included in the service. To make you feel fully on holiday, the beds are made on arrival. Have a good time in the Spirit Loft!
Winemaker for several years in an Alsatian village, I now divide my life between Paris and Alsace. I work in Paris, in the Montparnasse district, in a wine cellar specializing in natural wines. But I keep very strong links with Alsace and especially Riquewihr. So don't be surprised if you encounter wine-related objects in the Loft Spirit ! I also wanted to share with you my passion for flea markets: you will find some antiques in the flat...
The cottage is a 3-minute walk from the centre of the village. You can access it by along the ramparts dating back to about the 10th century. A former fortified village built by the Romans, Riquewihr is located a few villages from the castle of Upper Koenigsbourg, 10 minutes from the pretty village of Kaysersberg and 20 minutes from the historic centre of Colmar. The fortified village of Riquewihr is surrounded by vineyards and forest. You can enjoy long walks from the cottage.
