Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Gentilly at 5 minutes of Paris, this charming studio of a surface of 15 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, Netflix, sofa bed (double) and dining area with folding table. - An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates, Vertuo coffee machine... - A shower room with shower, towel dryer and WC. Exterior: - A shared balcony at the entrance level of the studio. Other remarks : - For your convenience, we have set up an independent arrival with a key box. On the day of your arrival, a detailed welcome booklet will be sent to you with access information. Don't forget to consult it! - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - The dishwasher must be clean at the time of departure. - External stairs to the accommodation
