Located on the shores of Lac du Bourget, close to leisure areas (beach, bowling, cinema, restaurants) this place is also the ideal starting point for hikes and walks near the mountains." • BEDS: The 45 m2 apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 people: - 1 king size double bed 160 x 190 - 1 sofa bed (160 x 190) suitable for 2 people, or for two children. • RELAXATION: - Sauna area can accommodate between two and four people - Italian shower. • EQUIPMENT: - fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee maker, kettle, etc. - Washing machine, iron - Sheets, towels, soap. -Smart TV. Free parking at the bottom of the residence. The city is also renowned for its spa treatment. TRANSPORTATION : bus stop 900m away (Stop No. 10 - PLAGE d'AIX line 1) which serves the Aix-Les-Bains bus station and SNCF train station.
