Large stone family vacation house in the heart of the Marais-Poitevin, on three levels with a private backyard. You will find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room on the first level on the first floor, with a toilet. On the second floor, you will have one full bathroom with two large bedrooms. Each of them is 25 m² with a king size bed (160x200) plus a single twin size bed (90x200). On the third level, you will find a full bathroom with four 12 m² bedrooms with a queen size bed (140x190) in each. The 200 m² private backyard is surrounded with walls, safe and offers a relaxing and peaceful ambience. You will find a large dining table on the patio with a swing, a barbecue and multiple games (Molki, badminton, jeu du palet).
The house is located in the center of the village, with access to multiple stores (baker, convenience store, beauty salon, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, banks, butcher) and the world renowned abbaye within 5 to 10 minutes walking. Also accessible by foot from the house, two rental canoe places to meander through the beautiful channels.
