Detached stone house on outskirts of peaceful hamlet in medieval village of Mont-St-Jean. Renovated to provide accommodation for large families or group of friends. Ground floor: fitted kitchen (wood pellet stove), dining room (open hearth fireplace), bedroom (single bed), shower room, separate WC. 1st floor: mezzanine (2 double sofa beds), 2 bedrooms (double bed in each), 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), shower room, separate WC. Parking area & vegetable garden at front of house. Terrace at back (not overlooked). Large high level garden area (swings) 50m from gîte (path to access). 1 bag of wood pellets/day (no extra charge) plus free firewood (for reasonable consumption). No pets in bedrooms.
