Property information

Large 2 room apartment of 40 m² with a terrace on the ground floor of a typical Norman building, very bright. Thanks to its comfortable sofa bed, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Free parking in the street, you will be verry close to the TEOR (Rouen bus with private lane) which will take you to the center of Rouen (Arts Theater) in 13 minutes. You will be close to the new district of Rouen: the Docks with a multitude of restaurants and cultural and sports activities.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the old Deville les Rouen. The street has a multitude of half-timbered buildings typical of Normandy. You will also find a Coccimarket for your extra shopping. Parking is free in Deville which makes parking very convenient to go to Rouen. Bus T2 nearby taking you directly to the center of Rouen (Théatre des Arts). It also passes through the new Docks district (large Docks76 shopping center with cinema, shop and restaurants). The right bank quays also benefit from a multitude of restaurants directly overlooking the Seine. Very nice to relax.
