This large independent stone house, slightly isolated on the edge of a stream, is an old family farm from the 19th century and includes 2 separate adjoining gîtes with opposite access and land, 2.5 km from a medieval village. Nearby: medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog, etc.) at 2.5km, Lake Malaguet at 9 km, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, sacred music festival, etc.) at 18km. All shops and services in Allègre (2.5km). Ground floor: living room-kitchen (TV), toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet. Unfenced land (600 m²), unenclosed courtyard (180 m²), small garage for motorcycles, bicycles and various equipment. Only 1 animal accepted free of charge.
