Welcome to the An Kay Ou gite, a 3-star tourist accommodation, in Pontaix, a village in the Drôme biovalley! You will find a peaceful and family environment and many activities within walking distance: swimming, walks and hikes. You will be staying in a newly renovated 18th century house, in the heart of the village. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, dining-living room, bathroom-WC, and two bedrooms. The convertible sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed. The gite gives access to an adjoining and shaded private terrace of 20m2.
A few kilometers from the village, you can enjoy the activities offered by the Drôme in all seasons: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, via ferrata, climbing, caving, paragliding, summer markets and outdoor entertainment in summer, as well as hiking. snowshoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing, or dog sledding in winter. Stations near Pontaix (between 30 and 60min): Col du Rousset (28km), Vassieux en Vercors (38km), Fond d'Urle (45km), Herbouilly (62km). Notice to visitors! *The house is made up of several levels, with cascading terraces giving you a breathtaking view of the valley, but requiring to enjoy it to climb a few steps to access it. *The accommodation is located in a small pedestrian alley – perfect for your peace of mind, but which will also require you to move away about 200 meters to park.
