Old farm in the middle of an agricultural domain. Spacious and relaxing house of 200 m² for 8 people, close to the A11 motorway exit (exit 10 or 11) between Le Mans and Angers. Completely restored, very bright, double exposure, located in the countryside between Durtal (49) and Bazouges Cré sur Loir (72). Ideal for visiting La Flèche Zoo and for taking advantage of the new "greenway" between Durtal and La Flèche which connects to other cycle paths going to Le Lude, Baugé... On the ground floor, on one level: 1 living room (TV), 1 bedroom-small living room with 1 trundle bed for 2 people, 1 entrance with WC, 1 large kitchen/dining room (dish/clothes washing machines, microwave waves), 1 scullery, all opening onto a terrace. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and an adjoining dressing room, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 1 shower, 1 WC, all opening onto a large landing . To visit in the surroundings: the Zoo de la Flèche (12kms), la Flèche and the Prytannée (10kms), Angers and its castle (45kms), Le Mans and its old town (50kms) and of course: the castles of the Loire ( Saumur etc.), Fontevraud Abbey (45kms), Puy du Fou (1h30). Activities: cycling, GR, horse riding (la Flèche), tennis (Bazouges 4 km) swimming pool (Durtal 4 km), edge of the Loir, rest, concerts: Château de Durtal (end of June) Opéra de Baugé (end of July beginning of August), Sablé Festival (end of August), Les Affranchis at La Flèche (early July).
