I do not live on site but am available to answer your questions via Booking messaging or by phone. I will always come to the property if we are unable to resolve any issues over the phone.
This is a house with rooms for rent, not a hotel. The bedrooms and bathrooms are private, but the rest of the spaces are shared by all guests. There are no toilets in the bedrooms. There is a shared toilet on each floor in the common areas. Arrivals are self-managed for greater flexibility. Sheets and towels can be rented as an additional service upon request. The environment may be noisy depending on your sensitivity, so consider bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
