Gite on the banks of the Loire, renovated in an 18th century farmhouse on the Loire by bike route. A few minutes from the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, at the gates of Sologne and the Orléans forest in the middle of nature, very quiet. Landscaped garden and large shaded terrace overlooking the countryside with a beautiful independent unfenced lawn area. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area, living room with mezzanine (access by a miller's ladder) with 2 beds (2 single beds), shower room with wc, storage. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (accessible from the kitchen/dining room). All-inclusive price (Heating, Sheets, beds made on arrival, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included). Bail. For professional reservations, 3 people maximum (1 person/bed). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present.
