Equipment included: freezer, DVD player, Internet access, complete baby equipment, radio/CD, tumble dryer. Included: electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/household linen. Not included: electric heating and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (euros65). St Nazaire 20 km away. Property managed by a professional.
