Charming cottage with 3 ears of corn from Gîte de France and 3 stars furnished accommodation. Fully renovated old house located in a quiet area, close to the owners' house. Terrace with superb views of the Loire and enclosed wooded garden (450 m²).
If you're looking for a stay surrounded by nature on the banks of the Loire, while remaining close to shops, bars, and restaurants, then our cottage is for you. With its private 450 m² garden (enclosed and ideal for young children), terrace, and summer kitchen, you can enjoy long summer evenings watching the birds of the Audubon Marsh. And we look forward to welcoming you to our cottage located next to our home. We love sharing with our guests the best places and tips for the Nantes region! Before you stay at my cottage, I am available to answer any questions by email, phone, or text. I send my guests a welcome booklet with lots of information, including my favorite "good places"!
To get to Le Pellerin and get around, a vehicle is recommended. A large, secure private parking lot is available. We're just 20 minutes from Nantes and 30 minutes from the sea!
