In Hôpital-Camfrout, less than a kilometer from a little shore, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you 60 m², single-storey, sea-view gîte for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 300 m² fenced garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 35 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, fireplace and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two separate single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine. Exterior : - A beautiful 300 m² garden with terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - The fireplace is functional. The first fire is free, the rest is on request (to the owners) and at the traveler's expense. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
