The Figuiers Cottage consists of two accommodations : a 30m² studio on the ground floor and a 70m² apartment on the first floor of our house, both with independent entrances. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood close to all shops on foot, 5 minutes from the highway, and 15 km from the beaches by car. Shared access to the swimming pool in high season, terrace, and barbecue are available. Access to the jacuzzi year-round. Air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, and on-site parking are available for both accommodations.
