This cottage, located in the left part of the old presbytery of Futeau, is located in a green environment between Verdun and Châlons-en-Champagne. At the bend of small roads, discover all the charm of the Argonne and these typical villages. You are 1 hour from Metz and Reims. Renovated in 2015. Communal cottage, located in the left part of the presbytery, adjoining another cottage (shared entrance hall) and comprising: on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and gas hob, fridge and freezer, microwave; a living room with TV and sofas as well as a shower room with separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140X190 and 4 single beds 90X190, separate toilet. Unfenced grounds, garden furniture and parasol. Heating included. WIFI.
