This cottage is ideally located in a festival-filled area, between La Chaise-Dieu and Craponne-sur-Arzon. Located on the ground floor of the owner's house, this cottage is a former small country café with a small, enclosed garden (200 m²). Nearby: La Chaise-Dieu (11 km) (music festival, abbey church, etc.), and Jullianges racecourse (2 km). All shops and services are located in Craponne-sur-Arzon (8 km). Its warm interior is divided into three directly connected spaces: a large living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a bedroom area (1 double bed) separated by a curtain, and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate shower room with toilet is also available. Electricity, heating, and wood are included.
