At the edge of the Brocéliande forest and near Lake Trémelin, this charming stone cottage offers a private enclosed garden with a view of a private lake (not part of the property). Guests can enjoy a secure 8x4 m swimming pool, occasionally shared with the owners’ B&B guests. Inside, exposed beams, lime-hemp walls and elegant furnishings create a warm atmosphere. Beds are made on arrival and linen is provided.
The Gîte de l'Étang de l'Aune welcomes you to the countryside in a green, peaceful, and rejuvenating family-friendly setting.
Centrally located in Upper Brittany, the gîte is just 5 minutes from Lake Trémelin and 20 minutes from the legendary Brocéliande Forest. Day trips are easy: reach the Gulf of Morbihan in 1 hour, Saint-Malo in 1h10, or Mont-Saint-Michel in 1h20. Rennes, a lively and dynamic city with rich history and architecture, is only 20–25 minutes away.
