Gîte set up in a renovated pigeon house (67m2 - ground floor + first floor) with terrace, tree-planted and flowery garden. Close to the owner's house and to a second gîte. Gîte renovated and equipped with ecological sanitation. Ground floor : kitchen with dining area. First floor : lounge, shower room/wc. Second floor : bedroom (1 bed 140).
