Exceptional location located 15 minutes from Lille, less than 5 minutes walk from Phalempin train station for Lille or Lens, 15 minutes walk from the Phalempin forest, 10 minutes from the Mérignies and Thumeries golf course. Single storey apartment completely renovated in July 2024 of 50m2 on the ground floor located in the center of Phalempin. You will find bakery, pharmacy, restaurant 2 minutes walk away. You will enjoy a beautiful living room area equipped with a 55-inch TV and wifi, sofa bed. A sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with high quality 140x200cm bedding with also a travel cot for a baby. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, iron. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Very quiet, nice work space. Ideal for traveling as a couple, alone or on a business trip
