The cleaning at the end of the stay must be done by you. In some Holiday homes this service can be provided at extra cost. The energy fees are not included and will be adjusted to your use during your stay. If the holiday home accepts pets, only one is allowed. If the holiday home has a swimming pool, it is not open all the year, it is important to check when the pool is open.

A damage deposit of € 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
