Enter through the hallway and discover two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor. The bathroom is functional with a vanity, shower, and toilet. The living room will allow you to gather for convivial moments with a direct view of the garden. Slightly elevated by six steps, "La Suite 81" has a completely quiet, enclosed garden at the rear of the house. On the kitchen side, a veranda with a separate toilet provides access to the outdoor space: treat yourself to a meal in the open air during the season. A large bedroom has been fitted out with air conditioning on the first floor, along with a teleworking space. If you enjoy towns with a rich historical heritage, you'll be a 20-minute walk from Moulins town center.
