Welcome to our MAS PROVENÇAL located between Istres and Miramas, in the heart of Provence, between the Alpilles and the Calanques, near Arles, Aix-en-Provence, and Marseille. Immerse yourself in a world dedicated to nature and explore the gentle landscapes of Daudet and the bocage Crau. Breathe in the scents of broom in spring and hay in summer, then discover all of Provence from our gîte. Gîte CLASSIFIED as a 3-star tourist accommodation. Area: 100 m². Capacity: 6 PEOPLE. Spacious living room of 45 m² with exposed beams, decorative fireplace, sitting area, and dining area. Independent kitchen on the mezzanine with DISHWARE for 6 people and ALL NECESSARY COOKING EQUIPMENT. Refrigerator, cooking plates, OVEN, MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, COFFEE MACHINE for filter and capsule coffee, KETTLE, TOASTER. 3 BEDROOMS on the upper floor: Provence Room (19 m²) with a double bed, Jane Room (13 m²) with 2 single beds, Olive Room (7 m²) with bunk beds. NOTE: Access to the bedrooms is via an old barn staircase. It is quite "steep" and MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. Shower room and separate toilets. Bed linens, TOWELS, SHOWER GEL, TOILET PAPER are provided to avoid overloading your luggage. Coffee CAPSULES, TEA, and SUGAR are available for your convenience. Wi-Fi connection. Decorative FIREPLACE. A small additional fridge is located in the living room for easy access to cold drinks in the summer. Private GARDEN with outdoor dining area. PARKING included, even for large vehicles. AUTONOMOUS ENTRY with secure key box for arrival at your convenience (from 4 p.m.).
