Well laid out, in a wooded, shaded and pleasant garden, a completely renovated gîte, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere. Semi-independent single-storey gîte (80 m²) next to the owners' house, including: Kitchen/dining room (25 m²) with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave Living room (22 m²) with TV, DVD player and wifi access 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 90 (possibility of combining 2 beds) Shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate WC Games room with billiards and table football. Loan of bicycles. Enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space in front of the cottage in an enclosed courtyard. Oil central heating and electricity extra (depending on consumption) Sheets provided, possibility of cleaning package. Pets not allowed. Property managed by a professional.
