Independent stone house with a small plot of land (150 m²), located in a green environment, on the edge of a hamlet, near the Massif du Mézenc. Nearby: Les Estables 16 km (ski resort, paragliding, snow and outdoor activities, Mont Mézenc...), village of Bigorre 8 km (thatched cottages), Lake Saint-Front 4.5 km. On the ground floor, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area and lounge area with wood stove, toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each have a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Services offered by the owners: - Electric heating (8kwh/day - the excess will have to be paid to the owners) and wood for the stove are provided. Additional services: - Cleaning package at euros60, an equivalent deposit will be required if you do not take the option. - Sheets at 10euros For the winter period, we strongly advise you to equip your vehicle with suitable tires and to schedule your arrival at 4 [hidden] due to the risk of heavy snow.
