Living-dining room with fireplace and Wi-Fi. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Oil central heating. 500 m² unfenced grounds shared with the other gite. Covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Motorcycles are welcome: up to 3 motorcycles can be accommodated in a garage shared by the two gites (consult the owner). Bed linen, towels, sheets (beds made upon arrival), end-of-stay cleaning, and firewood for occasional campfires are provided. Heating: euros11/day. This traditionally renovated gîte is perched on a hilltop overlooking a beautiful green landscape and forests (with game, roe deer, wild boar, rutting deer, etc.) and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to hiking trails. Close to Brantôme, "The Venice of Périgord," Puyguilhem Castle, the Villars Caves, and Jumilhac-le-Grand Castle, don't forget the local gastronomy and farmers' markets! Swimming is possible in the Grand Etang de St. Estèphe, 20 km away, and there is a swimming pool in St. Martial de Valette (L'Ovive Aquatic Center).
