La Perle des Marais is a pretty renovated thatched cottage, adjoining another thatched cottage, located in the village (shops and restaurants 200 m away), in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 9 km from Guérande and 10 km from the beaches. Ground floor: lounge/living room with wood stove, separate open fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with private bathroom (1: 90x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed). Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD, baby bed/high chair/changing mat.
