Occupying a wing of a 19th-century manor house, this independent gîte is located in one of Valognes' most beautiful streets, just 5 minutes from the train station (Paris - Cherbourg line) and 15 minutes from the beach. Featuring a private, secure parking space, with the option of independent arrival, the gîte comprises a spacious living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a master suite with bathroom on the 1st floor, and two single bedrooms with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor.
