After a long search, the owners found this house from the 60s, which they completely renovated to offer you a comfortable vacation spot with family or friends! Located in a peaceful hamlet of Tence, this spacious cottage can accommodate 10 people. Its large bright living room, its 5 bedrooms and its 2 bathrooms offer all the space necessary for your tribe to enjoy a pleasant stay. Outside, a 3,500 m² plot of land, partly open, invites you to relax and play outdoor games. A garage is also available. Just a few minutes away, the village of Tence offers all the essential shops and services. Nature lovers can enjoy a wide range of activities: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming in Lake Lavalette or discovering the preserved landscapes of Haut-Lignon.
