Within a 17th and 18th century property and in a 20 ha estate, the cottage has "high-end" services since it is regularly used by VIPs on the occasion of various events organized on the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. It consists of a large living room, a large kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All the rooms of the cottage as well as the swimming pool are equipped with a latest generation and high-performance WIFI system (capacity 50 mega incoming and 50 mega outgoing). A large swimming pool (6 meters by 14), located 50 meters from the cottage, completely renovated in 2021, heated to 25 degrees and fully fenced; it is open from May 15 to September 30.
