On the edge of the village, this detached, renovated, contemporary-style farmhouse is 5 minutes from the home of Jean-Luc and Annick, farmers. It covers 4,000 m² with a meadow view, is not overlooked, and offers a peaceful setting. The south-facing terrace and courtyard are 22 km from Le Mans or Sablé, and 15 km from the Le Mans Sud and Le Mans Ouest motorway exits. Upon arrival, you will find beds made, towels and kitchen linens provided, and Sarthe products available. Ground floor: entrance hall, access to the 45 m² living room with lounge/dining room (large-screen TV), equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven), 2 bedrooms ('Orchid' with two single beds, 'Rose' with one queen-size bed, and shower room), WC, and utility room.
