In the heart of the Perche natural park near the village of Vichères, this charming pavilion welcomes you for stays surrounded by nature. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, this cottage is the perfect place to discover an authentic countryside, manor houses and castles, and gardens and abbeys. In the gîte, bicycles are available as well as a billiards table and a ping pong table. It is composed on the raised ground floor of a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 140x190 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC . Upstairs, a bedroom with 4 single beds (90x190). On the ground floor: Fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven and refrigerator, Living/dining room (38 m²) with fireplace (insert), TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone, printer and wifi access 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed (baby bed on request) Shower room, separate WC Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 4 90 cm beds and TV Garage with washing machine, dryer, freezer, table tennis and billiards. Enclosed green space (2500 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle rental and swing set. Oil heating is the responsibility of the customer following consumption at the end of the stay. Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning packages. Pets allowed. Property managed by a professional.
