A la tête d'une société de conseil hôtelier, mon épouse et moi évoluons dans ce domaine depuis toujours et sommes heureux d'accueillir des voyageurs à Saint Avertin, dans le bourg, près des Granges Galand, dans une jolie maison refaite à neuf divisée en 4 appartements! Nous avons l'habitude d'accueillir des voyageurs et sommes super-hôtes dans nos logements de Tours !

Très bel appartement refait à neuf en septembre 2024 composé de : * une cuisine (équipée : microondes, frigo, nespresso + quelques capsules, bouilloire, grille pain..), ouverte sur la salle à manger/ salon * une chambre (lit double) + grand placard * un espace bureau dans la chambre * une salle d'eau avec douche * toilettes séparés Commerces à proximité (boulangerie 200m/ restaurant en face/ pharmacie 400m, pizzeria...), parking facile dans la rue, rack à vélos sur place (dans notre cour).
