Large studio, very bright, in a quiet and wooded one-way street of the Arena district. Heart of town and Capitol Square about 3 km. Metro 350 meters, tram 600 meters. Elevator, air conditioning, secure covered parking included in the price. Near Ambroise Paré clinic and Pasteur. Renovated: bathroom with bath, living room with kitchen. balcony, separate WC. Ideal for a couple wishing to visit Toulouse and its surroundings, as well as for business trips.
I like traveling, taking pictures, tinkering, sharing my experience and I love my city and my region. I speak French, my native language, and a little English. I would be happy to receive you in this apartment that I renovated almost alone, and I would make you discover my hometown: Toulouse. I can also tell you many places in the Occitania region that I myself visited and appreciated. My motto: Share and discover ... In short, make sure that your stay is at its best, according to your tastes!
A supermarket open every days where you can find everything is 180 meters, including bread. The neighborhood is quiet and is located near the following places: The Zénith is 1.1 km, the Hippodrome 1.4 km, the Prairie des Filtres 1.8 km, the Toulouse Stadium 2 km, the Exhibition Center 2.6 km and the Capitol Square 3.1 km (by metro with line A = 9 minutes + 4 minutes on foot). And in case of health concerns, you can walk to: The Ambroise Paré clinic at 260 meters, the Pasteur clinic at 1.1 km, the Joseph Ducuing hospital and the Rive gauche clinic at 1.6 km, the La Grave hospital at 2.2 km (beautiful view of the Garonne river) Purpan Hospital (CHU) is 3.3 km away.
