Property information

This large studio, very functional, with an independent entrance allows you to spend a stay with 4 people maximum. The station is 5 minutes walk (line N), you will be in Paris Montparnasse in 30 minutes. Also easily accessible by road (A12, A13, N10 and N12) you are at 25 min from Paris Porte de Saint Cloud, 10 min Versailles and 10 min Saint Quentin en Yvelines. The neighborhood is quiet with small shops. Parking is free. A large shopping center is 500 m away. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in a residential area close to small shops (bakery, tobacconist/press). The entrance is individual, you access it from the side of the house. It is a 30 m2 studio, you will find a real double bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a 32 inch TV, a dressing room. In the dining/kitchen area: a fitted kitchen with hob, extractor hood, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is also very functional. It consists of a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a towel dryer. You will feel right at home in this large studio.
