Welcome to your cozy home near Paris! Just minutes from the station, then a quick 15-minute train ride to central Paris. This brand-new guest house in Sartrouville offers space, comfort, and peace. – Large private garden (600 m²) – BBQ & outdoor dining – Quiet with double glazing & blackout shutters – Fast Wi-Fi & heating – Fully equipped kitchen – Free parking – Pet-friendly Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. 📍 The station is a 10-min walk or 4-min bus ride. The apartment is a fully private unit located just behind the main house. It has its own separate entrance and is not shared with anyone else. Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and its wooden front deck, while also enjoying shared use of the garden, which includes outdoor tables, chairs, and a BBQ. A washer and dryer are available upon request. We’re easygoing and always happy to help — feel free to reach out through any method you prefer. Extras can be arranged upon request, including booking the garden for a daytime event or reserving an inflatable Jacuzzi for a special touch during your stay.
