Very nice apartment furnished, renovated and fully equipped. From the entrance, you will find a hallway that will lead you to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, leading to a superb living room. You will also find two bedrooms separate from the living room. The bathroom, overlooking the hallway, is equipped with a heated towel rail, with a washbasin unit and a beautiful walk-in style shower. A WC separate from the bathroom. The kitchen has a built-in dishwasher, oven and hood to make you feel right at home. There is also a large fridge, a microwave, an induction hob, as well as all the accessories necessary for the kitchen (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery…) and lots of storage. Everything you need to make you feel good. The living room is equipped with a 109 cm flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a reading corner with a sofa bed. On the bedroom level, you will find a dressing room, a 27cm thick 160x200 Hotel comfort bed and a 180x200 bed that can be separated into two beds if necessary. The whole with a neat decoration and quality. This renovated apartment is very good.

This renovated apartment is very well located between Montpellier and Nîmes, 15 minutes from the beaches. It is located 20 meters from the La République Bus stop. It has direct access to supermarkets and small shops (Intermarché, E-Leclerc, C Utile, BIO stores, etc.) and to the VIA DOMITIA Clinic, you can access it in less than 10 minutes. A 10-minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the Arena, you can quickly go to various lively shops and restaurants in the city center. Pubs-coffees, restaurants, shops and the market can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The T3 is 75 M², it is entirely composed of double glazed windows.
