The house is composed on the ground floor: an entrance, a kitchen with dining room, two living rooms with through light, a double bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with bathroom/wc (bath and shower), a laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find 3 double bedrooms (3 160x200 beds) with their toilet and private shower room, 2 other double bedrooms (2 160x190 beds), a shower room and a toilet, and a mezzanine . All double beds can be converted into single beds. Outside, you will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°C (12 x 4.5m and 1.35m depth) open from April to the end of September, a large garden of 78 ares with wooded area, and parking spaces in front of the cottage. Exceeding capacity refused as well as festive events.

Ambon is a concentrate of Brittany in its purest form: coastline with white sand beaches and rocky coasts perfect for fishing! Between salt marshes, meadows and woods, hikers and nature lovers will find what they are looking for. The most passionate will visit the city's historic monuments! For the location, you benefit from both access to Vannes in less than 15 minutes and you are less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Ambon or Damgan. After your days of discovery of Morbihan, the swimming pool and its terrace invite you to relax and share moments of complicity with family or friends. The Heol gîte is such a pleasant family home that we prefer to keep the address to ourselves! This magnificent 300 m² farmhouse with its enormous swimming pool (12 meters long) and its garden can accommodate 12 people, without exceeding capacity.
