Cocoonr agency offers you to rent a superb 65m2 sea-view apartment, 300m from the beach, in the beautiful La Ronceray residence in the heart of a superb park with a tennis court, direct access to the beach and the hiking trail. On the 3rd floor with elevator, this 65 m² apartment is composed as follows: - A beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge, living room opening onto a north-facing balcony equipped with a table for 4. - A hallway with cupboards and storage space leads to 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds), each with a sea-view balcony equipped with deckchairs, a small table and folding chairs. - Separate shower room, - A separate toilet with shower and washbasin. The 4-hectare park is shared with the other apartments. You'll have access to the tennis court, parking spaces in the residence and a private garage. From the park, you have direct access to the GR34, which takes you to Dinard via the Chemin de Ronde (gate with digicode). GOOD TO KNOW: - The nearest shops are 1.5 km away. - linen included: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mat. - extra shower and washbasin in WC - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, or taking out the rubbish. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr is asked to do this for you. You'll be greeted personally on site by a Cocoonr Saint-Malo representative who will show you around, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. Sheets and towels of 4/5-star hotel quality are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival.
