“La Cardabelle” Stunning house with 130m2 of living space with garage & amazing open roof Terrasse on the third floor, located in the center of the historical village oriented full south. It has 1 studio with sofa bed & washroom at ground level 1 spacious kitchen fully equipped with spacious dining living & sofa bed. 2 spacious rooms with 1 washroom on the 2 sd floor and 1 ensuite with bathroom on the 3rd floor. We offer one bottle of wine from our vineyard and full Wifi great HIFI.
We do not leave in Pezenas but our co host Kamila is just a stone away for your assistance.
Residential neighbourhood near the Court Jean Jaures central areas of Pezenas. Narrow street and easy access to the highway and the historical center makes it and ideal location The Cardabelle or Carline is a thistle with Acanthus leaves (Carlina Acanthifolia). It grows low to the ground in the dry meadows and rocky terrain of our scrubland, but also in the mountains of the hinterland. On the high plateaus, the shepherds used it to put the herd in a safe place: its heart opens or closes to indicate respectively good weather or rain. It is also called Cardon or Cardoule. This nickname comes from eating the heart of the young thistle and then carding the wool with its thorny heart. Today it is mainly used as a decorative piece inside a house and outside to welcome or ward off bad luck. She is the symbol of our region.
